My Dad's Doc StoryĀ 

Doc was in BAD shape. All hands on deck. Denise and I both said our goodbyes. He was incoherent. He was dying big time. He is a mouth breather now and isnā€™t getting enough oxygen with his ā€œNOSE breatherā€.Ā 

This is when it gets REALLY spooky. From nowhere, unsolicited , an attendant throws a ā€œMASK breatherā€ on him. He begins improving and eventually RECOVERS! A MIRACLE???Ā 

As it turns out, ā€œWas this Docā€™s Guardian Angel!!!???!!!ā€

Read on!!!šŸ˜ŽšŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž

Iā€™m in his room alone, just Doc and I.Ā Smiling, rubbing his chest and then holding his head in both hands, speaking slowly and directly, ā€œIā€™ll be right here in 25 years! We all gonna die!ā€Ā 

Doc smiles wryly and nods.Ā 

He is in great spirits with SURPRISINGLY good vitals. He THINKS heā€™s made it to Vegas for Christmas! Heā€™s disappointed. He DID so very much want to join us ALL for Christmas. (Another story in and of itself) AND HE WILL!!!

I held his hand and said, ā€œNo, no Vegas but, weā€™ve got an even BETTER place to go.ā€

As I tuck in the covers around him (all Boones know what this entails!) Iā€™m blubbering, as only I can blubber. I speak to him directly and slowly, so he can also read my lips,Ā ā€œDoc, we got something we need to do. I told your sister, Janice, we would make sure we got you to heaven. You good with that!ā€

Doc is surprisingly quite lucid and speaking easily. He nods and says, ā€œYes.ā€

ā€œOk, here we go. When I say something that you want to say, just nod or say yes.ā€

ā€œI accept Jesus Christ as my personal savior.ā€ Doc nods and says, ā€œYes.ā€

ā€œI confess all my sins and ask for forgiveness.ā€ Doc nods.

In Jesus name I pray, Amen.ā€

Doc says, ā€œYes.ā€

This is when it got REALLY SPECIAL.Ā 

Wiping my tears away, ā€œOK!!!ā€

Doc, bright eyed in the clearest voice ever, unsolicited, ā€œHe forgave me! I saw him. Jesus! He let me in heaven.ā€

Iā€™d been holding his hands throughout. I get up and give him the best ever heavenly hug. Cup his face in my hands and kiss the top of his head. Then, sat back down.Ā 

A few minutes later, he said the most awesome thing a son in law can ever hear from a father in law.Ā 

ā€œRuss, youā€™re a good man.ā€

And, he gave me a wonderful look.Ā Ā Beyond just GRATITUDE. Almost a look of COMFORT, knowing he was leaving his world and beloved daughter ā€œin good handsā€.Ā 

ā€œWow, can you feel that? I guess this is what PEACEFUL feels like.ā€

We were amazed how at peace we both were.Ā 

So peaceful knowing heaven awaits.Ā 

Doc then says to me the most awesome thing. Gives me the greatest gift. Looks me straight in the eye and says,Ā ā€œThank you.ā€

I knew exactly what he was thanking me for.Ā Ā šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

It was 10:30 pm. We said our goodbyes. We got the call four hours later, Doc Was In Heaven.

My dad remembered this later and the wrote the following:

About the chuckle and hair flip Doc had with JESUS.

Doc says wryly, "He looks like they say he looks. Long hair." NOdded, chuckled inwardly and shook his head. Mimcking his best hair flip.

Doc had many run ins with his eldest son over long hair in the '60s. No doubt the source of many of his sins, just confessed.

Customerā€™s satisfaction is our most important thing, in this belief, we promise to replace or refund under the following situations:

Ship wrong item/wrong size/wrong address(different from provided information)/damaged item(the damage can be seen clearly).
1.Wrong Garment: Receive a wrong garment brand.
2.Wrong Item: Received a wrong Product type.
If Yoycol sent wrong parcels, customers are allowed to keep parcels at their own disposal.

LowĀ printingĀ quality and wrong position of printing.

1: Blurry Print: Edges of the print are out of focus, not distinct. Design details are fuzzy, distorted and do not represent the quality of the print file.

2: Design Placement Issue: Too Low/Too High/Right/Left/Wrong area/Crooked/Reversed: The placement of the printed design does not match the designed placement to the extent that it becomes noticeable by End Customer and the initial design is distorted. (See supplementary noteā‘ )

3: Peeling Print: Print coming off in pieces.

4: Scaling Issue: Design printed too large or too small, to the extent when it becomes noticeable to the End Customer and noticeably differs from the artwork.

The actual product is quite different from the announced size: the actual product is more than 1-3cm bigger or smaller than the announced size chart.

Sizing Issue: The size of the garment measured according to the standard instructions does not match the size chart of Yoycol, which more than 1-3cm bigger or smaller.

The actual product is quite different from the announced color.

Colouring Issue: The printed colour differs from the colour used on the design to the extent where the outcome noticeably differs from the mockup. Mostly because the wrong colour code was chosen by Provider or due to wrong technical settings. (See supplementary noteā‘”)

Quality can not satisfy customerā€™s requirements.

1:Broken/Holes/Mechanical/Torn:Item arrived flawed due to Providerā€™s or Carrierā€™s act or omission. Including but not limited to: broken mugs; garments with holes or torn; items having mechanical issues, such as a poor functioning zipper or a non-functioning clock. (See supplementary noteā‘¢)

2:Embroidery issues. Including but not limited to: wrong colour thread used on the whole design or parts of it; crooked; protruding or loose threads; missing parts of the design;wrong thread density.

3:Stains:Obvious Ink spots, smears or any other unknown stains on the garment or item that do not exist on the artwork and distort the design. (See supplementary noteā‘£)

4:Underbase Issue:White underbase visible either on the edges or on the print.

The product is out of stock

If customer place an order at Yoycol, but the product is out of stock and we haven't noticed customer in advance.

Logistics guarantee Under normal conditions

1. Parcel is lost during shipping.

2. Logistic is not updated for 30 days.

Note: Due to the long shipping time for orders in remote areas, some orders take 2-3 months to deliver, and the logistics guarantee does not apply to remote areas.Ā

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted withinĀ 7 daysĀ after the product has been received. And the customer should provide the Yoycol Unique QR code or shipping list. For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later thanĀ 72 hoursĀ after the delivered time. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
